Refund and Returns Policy

10 Days Appreciation Period

When displaying product photos, for the sake of clarity, we use close-up photography and professional lighting. Due to lighting conditions and differences in display screens across devices, slight color variations between photos and actual products may occur.

If you are unsatisfied with the goods received, you may request a return or refund within ten (10) days from the date of receipt, subject to the conditions stated below.

 

Conditions for Refund or Return Eligibility

Refunds or returns will only be accepted under the following conditions:

  1. The product is returned within the 10-day appreciation period.

  2. The item is unused, unworn, and remains in its original condition, including warranty card, original packaging, and all accessories.

  3. The product has not been altered, damaged, or affected by improper handling after delivery.

Please note:
Additional costs such as K-gold customization, knots, certificates, and courier fees are non-refundable and will not be included in the refund amount.

 

Duties & Taxes

We will take care of import taxes for overseas orders to ensure a smooth delivery experience.

However, in the event of a return, customers will be required to reimburse the import duties incurred when the package was originally shipped to their country. Thank you for your understanding and support.

 

Return Packaging Requirement

During the appreciation period, customers must ensure the product remains intact, including the original packaging, warranty documents, and accessories.

Returned items must be properly packaged to avoid damage during transit. Items that are damaged due to improper return packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Refund Processing Principle

All approved refunds shall be processed strictly via the original payment method used for the purchase.
This policy is implemented to ensure clear tracking of fund movement and to minimize disputes related to uncredited refunds.

 

Refund Methods
  • Credit Card Payments
    Refunds will be returned to the original credit card used for payment.
    During the refund process, the refunded amount may temporarily occupy the card’s credit limit. The time taken for the credit limit to be released depends on the issuing bank’s policies.

  • Bank Transfer Payments
    Refunds will be returned to the original bank account used for the payment. Customers may be required to provide complete remittance details strictly for verification purposes.

 

Refund Processing Time

Once the returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds will be processed within 7–15 business days, subject to the policies and processing timelines of the respective payment providers or banks.

 

Store-Purchased Items

For items purchased directly from our physical store, refunds or exchanges must be handled at the original store location in accordance with in-store policies.

 

Disputes & Chargebacks

Customers are advised to allow sufficient processing time for refunds to be completed before initiating any disputes or chargebacks.
Refund records processed via the original payment method will be used as official proof in the event of disputes.
