Domestic delivery

The goods use post office registration distribution, free of postage

After completing the remittance, you will receive the goods after 2-3 working days.

Overseas courier

By choosing DHL shipping, If you order less than RM 2000, you’ll be charged a shipping fee by area: Other countries cost RM 120. Asia cost RM 80.

By choosing FedEx/UPS shipping, If you order less than RM 4000, you’ll be charged a shipping fee by area: Other countries cost RM 350. Asia cost RM 200.

Responsibility

Once the order has been dispatched, delivery timelines are estimates only and responsibility for delays caused by courier services or customs clearance shall not lie with the merchant.

Customers are responsible for ensuring accurate delivery information and availability to receive the parcel.
