10-Day Inspection Period
SPACELIGHT offers an unconditional return or exchange policy for all products within 10 days of receipt. The product must be in its original packaging and show no signs of damage.
Criteria for Jade Imperfections
SPACELIGHT sells natural, untreated A-grade jade, which is a mineral that may contain small imperfections such as lines, fibers, impurities, and other features that are considered normal and not defects. Overall, SPACELIGHT offers a high-quality product and backs it up with a compensation guarantee and flexible return policy. They also explain that natural imperfections in the jade are normal and do not detract from the value or beauty of the product.
On Warranty and Identification
Warranty – For any SPACELIGHT product, we will issue the formal grade A jade warranty. The warranty will note “the purchased jade is grade A without manual processing; for any counterfeit, we will compensate 10 times.”
Certificate – If the customer is in need of formal certificate, SPACELIGHT will issue (at the customer’s expense)
Add knot or Chinese knot
As the company is based on the wholesale business, so most of the pendants, beads do not have the K gold head, beads knot or tied Chinese knots in advance; if you need the accessory in advance, please leave message or call us for consultation, and then make payment, and leave message, thanks.

“Bead knot cost”
Simple knot can be added to the bead chain (RM100-200 ; if K gold knot is needed, the cost will be separated calculated)
“Chinese knot necklace cost”
Jade pendant can be bound with Chinese knot, in simple brown or black, with the cost of NT200.
The principle of identification of emerald flaw
All the emeralds sold by our shop is natural grade A without any manual processing. Emerald itself is a natural mineral, so it is inevitable there is some fine stone patterns, cotton, patterns, black, white impurities, ice grain structure are the normal representation and characteristics of grade A emerald, which is not a flaw. The cracks processed or covered by carving, repair, procession are not within the defects we understand, and SPACELIGHT will not specify in the product description.
